Currently serving as Director at The PSD Group UK since September 2001, Gavin also holds the position of Pre-Academy Phase Coordinator and Lead Coach at Watford Football Club since January 2017. Additionally, Gavin was the Lead Coach for the Great Britain U18’s Maccabi football team during the 2022 Maccabiah games in Tel Aviv, Israel.
