Nhi Luong

Nhi Luong has been working in the tech industry since 2009. In 2009, they began their career as a Tester at FPT Software. Two years later, they moved to Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd as a Senior Quality Analyst. In 2016, they took on the role of Test Lead at Fujitsu Vietnam LTD. In 2019, they moved to PTF Vietnam in the same position. Most recently, they are a Test Engineer at WATI, a product by Clare. AI, which is an Official Global Business Partner for WhatsApp Business APIs. Nhi has been with WATI since 2018 and helps power 500+ global clients that serve millions of customers.

Nhi Luong obtained a Distinction in Computer Software Engineering from FPT University between 2007 and 2011. In addition, they have certifications in IELTS and ISTQB.
