Billy Smith

Billy Smith has extensive experience in the construction and maritime sectors, currently serving as the Appointed Person Site Supervisor for the Vanoord Aberdeen Harbour Expansion Project at Vanoord Dredging Private Limited since October 2020. In addition, Billy has worked as a Crane Supervisor for the AWPR project since February 2016 and has been with Watkin Jones Group as a Tower Crane Operator and Crane Supervisor since October 2015. Previously, Billy held roles at Transocean starting in April 2008, including Lift Supervisor and Crane Operator, overseeing deck crew operations and crane activities. Educational background includes attendance at Waid Academy from 1980 to 1985.
