Gwyn Pritchard

Gwyn Pritchard has a long history of working with the Watkin Jones Group. Gwyn began their career as an Engineering Trainee in the Homes Division in 1997 and continued in that role until September 1997. Gwyn then took on various roles within the company, including Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager, and Contracts Manager, all focused on student accommodation and construction. In 2007, they became the Regional Director of the Homes Division, and in 2014, they were promoted to Deputy Managing Director of the Residential Division. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Managing Director of the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector, and currently holds the position of Managing Director of Construction, overseeing the PBSA, BTR, and Co-Living sectors.

Gwyn Pritchard earned a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from Liverpool John Moores University between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended Coleg Menai in Bangor, where they studied Advanced Sciences & Mathematics. Their earlier education history is not provided.
