Paul Runnels

Paul Runnels has extensive experience in the construction and utility industries, serving as a Superintendent at Watkins Construction Company, LLC since February 2017. Prior to this role, Paul Runnels worked at Applied Consultants from 2013 to February 2017, where responsibilities included utility inspection, receiving materials, welding and coating pipes, performing ditching and lowering operations, as well as conducting final clean-ups and maintaining asbuilts. Paul Runnels has developed a comprehensive skill set in project oversight and utility management throughout the tenure in both companies.
