Tammy Watson

Tammy Watson has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Safety Administrator at Watkins Construction Company, LLC since October 2007. In this role, Tammy manages drug and alcohol compliance for both DOT and non-DOT clients within the oil and gas construction and maintenance industry, overseeing a quarterly random pool for PHMSA and FMCSA. Previously, Tammy worked as a Real Estate Sales Manager at Skylines Properties from February 1997 to August 2006, where responsibilities included office management and coordination of sales both in-house and with external real estate agents. Tammy has pursued education at the Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) since 2008 and at Cedar Hill Community College since 1998, with a focus on obtaining a real estate licensing degree.
