Jim Chely

Jim Chely possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently, Jim serves as a Park Ranger at Watkins Glen State Park, having been promoted within the New York State Parks System since April 2021. Simultaneously, Jim has held the position of Fan Ambassador at Watkins Glen International since May 2020, enhancing attendees' experiences at the renowned race track. Additionally, Jim works as a Stock Receiver at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and serves as a Substitute Teacher for both Watkins Glen Central School District and Horseheads Central School District. As President of Fingerlakes Process Servers since September 2013, Jim oversees legal service operations. Previous roles include supervisory positions at Piedmont Airlines and DGS. Jim holds an AAS in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies Psychology from Corning Community College, earned between 2001 and 2007.
