Brian Keeling

Brian Keeling currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Watlow Electric, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Brian held various leadership roles at Watlow, including Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Vice President of Operations. With extensive experience from Simpler Consulting as an Account Manager and Senior Consultant, as well as a significant tenure at Spirit AeroSystems where responsibilities included directing global production engineering and manufacturing operations, Brian has a proven track record in operational transformation and P&L management. Brian’s career also includes senior roles at Boeing, contributing to multiple aircraft programs over 19 years. Educational background includes a Mini MBA from Wichita State University and a Business Management degree from Bristow High School.
