Christi Kelly

Christi Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of CFT Distribution at Watlow since September 2024, Christi previously held the position of Customer Advocate at Telemecanique Sensors, where responsibilities included leading SAP Master Data integration and developing a strategic Customer Journey Mapping program. With a long tenure at Eurotherm, Christi advanced through roles including Senior Manager of Operations and Global Customer Care Excellence Manager, focusing on customer relationships and overseeing a global service team. Earlier career experience includes ownership and directorial responsibilities at Contemporary Dance Expressions Dance Studio, where Christi managed all aspects of the business.
