Esther Bulya is an experienced professional with a strong background in youth support and program management. As the Founder and Team Lead of Youth Chat since May 2020, Esther facilitates sessions for school students and teenage mothers while collaborating with community stakeholders to enhance services for young people. In the role of Operations Coordinator at Watoto, Esther has successfully managed over 20,000 donors and conducted training sessions for team members, boosting organizational efficiency. Previously, Esther served as Team Lead and Event Coordinator at Komamboga Youth Program, where planning and organizing over 100 sessions showcased leadership skills. Esther's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University and a recent educational experience at Texas Tech University.
