Michael Pendergrass, AIA, LEED AP, DBIA, is a Principal at Watry Design, Inc., where professional experience spans from December 2013 to the present, including roles as Associate Principal and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Michael served as a Project Manager at Morris Architects from July 2011 to November 2013, focusing on healthcare interior architecture projects for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and various Kaiser Permanente medical office buildings. Earlier experience includes tenure as an Associate at DESMAN Associates, managing nearly two dozen parking garage projects, and a successful completion of a LEED Gold-rated garage in New Jersey. Michael's career began at Akol Architects, where responsibilities included project management for numerous healthcare-related design projects. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
