Gary L. Tapella

Mr. Tapella was appointed to the Advisory Board in February 2022. He is an Operating Partner of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC, a value-oriented, operationally focused private equity firm with $5 billion of capital commitments. Prior to joining One Rock he was an Operating Partner at Ripplewood Holdings, LLC from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Tapella retired from Rheem Manufacturing Company in 2005 as President and Chief Executive Officer following a 36-year career with the company. His experience there included managing Rheem’s Canadian and Singapore based pan-Asian companies and he served as Senior Vice President International and Chief Operating Officer.
