Paul Johnston is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership roles within the HVAC and distribution industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Watsco since June 2002, Paul has a proven track record of success in driving business growth. Prior to Watsco, Paul held the position of Vice President at Carrier Corporation from 1984 to 2002 and served as Vice President at Waukesha Pearce Industries, Inc. from 1979 to 1984. Paul Johnston earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Dakota.
