Steven Rupp

Steven Rupp has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steven began their career at Ford Motor Company in 1997, where they served as the Lean Manufacturing IT Pilot & Design Manager. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating process re-engineering with IT system definition, design, development, and rollout to support the implementation of the Ford Production System. After their time at Ford, Steven joined General Motors in 1999 as the Planning & Metrics - IT Manager, where they oversaw the planning and metrics for IT operations. Steven then advanced to various roles within the Manufacturing & Quality Systems department, including Development Program Manager and Development Organization Lead. In 2005, they moved to Del Monte Fresh Produce as the IT - Vice President, contributing significantly to the company's IT operations for over six years. Since 2011, Steven has been working at Watsco as the Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, focusing on technology strategy and leadership. Throughout their extensive career, Steven has demonstrated expertise in IT operations, manufacturing systems development, program management, and process improvement.
