Jake Theisen

Jake Theisen is an experienced Sales Consultant at RXO since September 2020 and serves as a Quality Management Intern at Watson Engineering Inc. since April 2019. In the internship role, Jake shadowed the quality manager, assisted with manufacturing processes, created work instructions for the assembly department, and trained manufacturing associates on critical timelines. Responsibilities also included acting as a liaison between the corporation and customers, managing data for clients such as Deere & Company and Caterpillar Inc., resolving shipping issues, and implementing corrective actions. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Central Michigan University, earned in 2020.
