Elvezio Santarelli

Elvezio specialises in national and international arbitration and litigation cases relating to the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as project work, financial litigation (including credit card disputes) and environmental, administrative, real estate and employment cases.

He is authorised to represent clients before key international arbitration chambers (ICC, CAM, ICSID and TC) as well the Italian Courts (First Instance Courts, Court of Appeal, High Court, TAR and Supreme Administrative Court) and is also an arbitrator of the National and International Chamber of Arbitration of Milan.

In January 2019 Elvezio was named “Lawyer of the Year – Arbitration” at the Legalcommunity Energy Awards. He was also recognized by Chambers & Partners Global and Europe in 2018 and 2019 and reported as a competent energy expert in industry reports in Legal500 Europe 2013. His department was also mentioned in the prestigious legal directories Chambers & Partners and GAR100 and recognized as law firm of the year for renewable energy in the Legalcommunity Energy Awards for 2016 and 2017.

Elvezio has also been appointed Arbitrator by the National and International Chamber of Arbitration of Milan and has the qualification of legitimate Italian mediator.
