Philipp Kärcher

Philipp specialises in advising and representing his national and international clients in all areas of litigation and arbitration as well as in alternative dispute resolution. In recent years, he has represented numerous clients in a wide variety of industries, including transportation, infrastructure and energy. These large-scale disputes typically relate to corporate, construction and commercial law, including pre-litigation advice. In particular, he has experience with shareholder disputes, disputes between consortium partners, joint venture projects or joint ventures. Another focus of his work is the liability of executive bodies.

He has many years of experience in advising parties in national and international arbitration proceedings. He acts as an arbitrator, with post-M&A disputes, infrastructure projects and contract and commercial disputes being the most frequent topics of arbitration.

Philipp was recently awarded the Client Choice Award 2018 for Arbitration & ADR and 2019 for Litigation for Germany.
