Sebastian specialises in both conventional and structured debt capital markets and derivatives products, with particular focus on bank and corporate bonds (public offers and private placements), schuldschein loans, registered bonds, and financial and commodities derivatives, including structured customised OTC derivatives and portfolio restructurings.

He also advises on debt issuance programmes and energy trading.

Sebastian’s clients include domestic and international banks and corporates.
