Wolfram specialises in M&A, corporate restructuring and corporate finance as well as project development, with a particular focus on transactions and investments in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Recent transactions include strategic M&A deals in the energy and infrastructure sector, such as the development, financing, acquisition or disposal of renewables projects in Europe and the Emerging Markets, fibre optic projects and grid infrastructure as well as general industry private equity and venture capital work. His clients include investors, project developers and banks.

Wolfram is recognised as a leading lawyer in the energy sector by legal directories Legal 500 (Germany) and JUVE Handbuch. In 2020, competitors in JUVE described him as “professionally and personally very pleasant”. He was also included in the “Best Lawyers in Germany” list in the field of Project Finance and Development by Best Lawyers in cooperation with business magazine Handelsblatt.
