Joseph Saunders

Joseph Saunders (ACCA) currently serves as the Regional Finance and Business Compliance Manager for Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions since October 2025, a role that combines the functions of Financial Controller and General Manager to bolster compliance and enhance business partnering. Prior to this, Joseph held various financial leadership positions at Buro Happold from November 2017 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing finance operations, supporting C-Suite decision-making, and leading financial audits. Joseph's experience also includes project accounting at Leonardo focusing on Cyber Security and Traffic Control Systems, management accounting at Amey, and accounting roles at Babcock International Group and Plymouth University. Joseph holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Plymouth, which was completed in 2011.
