Andrew Yurick has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Andrew started their career as a Customer Care Consultant and Help Desk Technician at America Online Inc in 1998. Andrew then worked as a Help Desk and Technical Support Representative at MediaOne Inc, where they were responsible for customer support and training.
