Ed Forman

Ed Forman, President of Watson Realty Corp., one of the largest independent real estate companies in the United States, started his career in the Washington D.C. area in 1972. Ed has worked as a sales associate, new home sales, real estate office manager, regional manager, general manager and now president.

Mr. Forman holds a Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation and Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE). In addition, to being a real estate broker in the state of Florida, Ed is also a licensed real estate instructor. He has previously been licensed in Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia and Georgia. Ed is currently an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS® (FR) and Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS® (NEFAR).

Prior to Ed's real estate career, he worked on Senator Herman Talmadge's (GA) staff and for the US Senate in Washington D.C. for eight years.
