Jonna Faeth

Jonna Faeth has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jonna began their career in 2015 as a Sales Agent at Watson Realty Corp., where they gained experience in studying property listings, interviewing prospective clients, and accompanying clients to property sites. In this role, they also conducted property inspections, discussed rental conditions, collected rent, and managed repair requests.

In 2016, Jonna Faeth took on the role of Property Manager at Watson Realty Corp. Here, they continued to perform the duties mentioned earlier while also conducting lease signings.

Later, they advanced to become the Managing Broker at Watson Realty Corp. in 2022, overseeing and managing the real estate team. Their responsibilities included supervising agents, providing guidance and support, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.

Jonna Faeth also worked as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Watson Realty Corp. from November 2022 to February 2023.

Currently, they are employed as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Slate Real Estate, starting in February 2023.

Jonna Faeth obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Office Management and Supervision from Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from the same institution from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have several certifications including Gold Key Certification - Excellence in Professionalism obtained in September 2022 from NEFAR, GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute obtained in September 2020, LeadingRE Relocation Specialist obtained in April 2015 from an institution that helps people relocate to and away from the area, and LeadingRE Sales Specialist and LeadingRE Service Expert obtained in April 2015.
