Richard Bain

Richard Bain has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Richard started their career in 1969 as an Air Traffic Controller with the Federal Aviation Administration, where they worked until 2002. In 1981, they opened their own business called Bain's Video, which they operated until 1988. Following this, Richard owned and operated Ronnies Wings - Opie's Wings, a neighborhood family-oriented restaurant from 2000 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Watson Realty Corp as a Realtor and later took on the role of Real Estate Broker Associate/Assistant Sales Manager in 2019. In 2017, Richard briefly worked as a Broker Associate at Keller Williams First Coast Realty before returning to Watson Realty Corp. Throughout their career, Richard has gained significant experience in real estate, entrepreneurship, and air traffic control.

Richard Bain earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Jones College-Jacksonville in 1979.
