Theresa Geyer CRS, GRI, AHWD, SFR, NRBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Theresa Geyer began their career in 1989 as a Credit Manager for a privately family-owned manufacturing company. Theresa Geyer later joined Monsanto as an Accounts Receivable Director from 1995 to 1997. In 1999, they transitioned into the real estate industry as a Broker Associate/REALTOR with CENTURY21 Sundance Realty, where they specialized in residential properties, golf course communities, gated communities, and waterfront properties. Theresa also served as the President of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS in 2012.

In 2010, Theresa established their own real estate services company, Coastal Results Realty, Inc, where they handled residential and commercial properties as an REO agent. Theresa Geyer continued their real estate career at Watson Realty Corp. in 2016 as the VP Managing Broker, overseeing a full-service real estate office located in the Volusia and Flagler county area. Currently, they work as an Instructor for Florida Realtors, teaching the Code of Ethics subject with CE credit and is willing to travel within a 150-mile radius of Daytona Beach for this important and required course.

Building upon their undergraduate studies, they then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Their educational background primarily focuses on the field of Business.
