William Chicas

William Chicas is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both commercial and luxury markets. Since 2014, William has served as a Commercial Sales Representative at Watson Realty Bakersfield, specializing in hospitality and commercial land. Additionally, William has been involved in the luxury homes sector with Watson Realty ERA since January 2003. Prior to entering real estate, William excelled in retail management at The Home Depot from March 1994 to December 2005, holding the title of Sales Store Manager. William is a graduate of Reseda High School, with a diploma earned in 1993.
