Rachel Welch O'Connor

Rachel Welch O'Connor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and leadership roles. Currently a Partner at Watson Board Advisors since August 2018, Rachel plays a pivotal role in guiding boards to positively influence their organizations and communities. Additional positions include Director at Habitat for Humanity Canada and code.ngo, both initiated in 2023 and 2022 respectively. Prior experience encompasses Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, following its acquisition of Hay Group where Rachel began in 2009, and roles as Executive Leader of Human Resources at Intrinsyc Software and Global HR Operations Manager at Creo (now Eastman Kodak). Academic credentials include an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business, alongside multiple degrees in engineering from Carleton University.
