Pasha K. Sastranegara has over 18 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of People Division at Watsons Indonesia since May 2023. Previous roles include Corp Director of Human Capital at JHL Collections and Human Capital Director at CRP Group. Pasha has a strong background in strategically managing human capital functions, having held positions such as General Manager of Human Resources Corporate at Kawasan Terpadu Trans Studio Bandung and Director of Human Resources for The Trans Luxury Hotel's opening team. Pasha's career began at The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta, where initial responsibilities included Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources. Pasha holds a Bachelor Degree in International Relations from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
