Prior roles at Watsons International include Regional eCommerce Controller and various managerial positions focused on commercial eCommerce operations. Before joining Watsons, Derrick held the position of Sales Operations and Planning Manager at Watson's Wine China and gained marketing experience at Fortress Hong Kong and Watsons Hong Kong. Derrick's career commenced at BC3 Strategies Management Consultancy and included roles at Watson Wyatt Hong Kong and the International Bank of Asia. Academically, Derrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Strategic Management from McGill University and completed the International Baccalaureate at Chinese International School.
