Alison Crawford

Alison Crawford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and Business Operations. Currently serving as a Senior Officer and Business Leader for People & Operations at Watsons Property since September 2012, Alison develops and supports the people and operations agenda for the organization. Previously, Alison held the position of Head of HR & Business Operations, overseeing various operational functions within a multi-disciplined property organization. Alison's career began in 1982 at John Lewis & Partners, followed by roles at the UK Ministry of Defence, BT, and Yell, where expertise in HR business partnering, employee relations, and multi-site management was cultivated. Alison holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of West London.
