Sophie Morton-Crate has had a variety of roles throughout their work experience. Sophie started their career in 2012 as an Office Administrator at Original Volunteers. In 2013, they joined Aviva as an Assistant Underwriter and worked there until 2015. Sophie then moved on to Norwich Study Centre where they worked as an Accommodation Officer from 2016 to 2017. Sophie later joined Watsons Property in 2017 and held several roles including Valuation Services Co-ordinator, Senior Client Services Co-ordinator, and Customer Service Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Customer & Client Services at Watsons Property.

Sophie Morton-Crate attended the University of East Anglia from 2008 to 2011. Sophie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology during their time there.
