Demiroz

Cem Demiroz has extensive experience in commercial and marketing roles. Cem is currently the Commercial & Marketing Director at Watsons Turkey since June 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Tesco as the Commercial and Marketing Director and Executive Board Member from May 2016 to July 2017. Cem also held the position of Commercial Director - General Merchandising & Electronics & Textile and Executive Board Member at Tesco from August 2013 to May 2016. Before joining Tesco, Cem Demiroz worked at Dixons Retail as the Commercial and Marketing Director and Executive Board Member from August 2007 to July 2013. Cem started their career at Sony Electronics (Sony Turkey) where they held various roles such as Marketing Manager, New Business Development Manager, and Product Manager from 2000 to 2007. Additionally, Cem Demiroz has experience as a Product Manager at Dogan ve Egmont Yayincilik A.S and as the Owner/Entrepreneur of Twins Kirtasiye.

Cem Demiroz completed an MBA with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, between 1997 and 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boğaziçi University, spanning from 1991 to 1996. In their earlier education, they attended Cagaloglu Anadolu Lisesi for their high school education, specializing in German from 1984 to 1991.
