Victor Ngo

Victor Ngo is a Senior Transportation Planner and South Coast Team Lead at Watt Consulting Group Ltd. since October 2017, specializing in multi-modal transportation planning and engineering across Western Canada. Victor's extensive project experience encompasses community transportation plans, transportation impact assessments, and electric mobility infrastructure planning. In addition to current responsibilities, Victor served as a Research Associate at the UBC Health & Community Design Lab, focusing on the intersection of urban planning and public health, and held research positions at various institutions including UBC's Centre for Urban Economics and Real Estate. Victor has also contributed to transportation planning education as a guest instructor at Langara College and has undertaken significant roles in city initiatives such as the North American analysis of transportation network companies for the City of Vancouver. Victor holds a Master of Arts in Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, both from The University of British Columbia.
