Shira Offenhartz has a diverse work experience. Shira began their career in 2007 as a Campus Intern for Masa Israel Journey. In 2008, they became a CRLA Certified Tutor for the SALT Center at The University of Arizona. In 2009, they worked as a Retail Sales Associate for both Ann Taylor and Sears, Roebuck and Co. Shira also worked as a Human Resource & Accounting Specialist for SunAmerica Solar (Company Closed). In 2010, they were an Educator for Congregation Beth Israel, Scottsdale. In 2011, they began working at WattLogic as a Technical Project Manager and Director of Business Affairs. In their role as Technical Project Manager, they worked with a team of 3 developers to design, build, test (QA), and implement two web applications. In their role as Director of Business Affairs, they were responsible for corporate decision making in purchasing, accounting, and office administration.

Shira Offenhartz began their educational journey at Washington High School from 2001 to 2004, where they earned their High School Diploma. Shira then attended Millard North from 2004 to 2005, where they also earned their High School Diploma. Finally, they attended the University of Arizona from 2006 to 2009, where they earned their B.A. in Sociology and Psychology of Human Sexuality.
