Ashish Verma is an engineer at Wattpad. Ashish previously worked as a Jr. iOS Developer at EatSleepRIDE Motorcycle GPS from November 2017 to February 2019. Ashish was responsible for the designing of architecture for different modules of EatSleepRide iOS App from scratch. Ashish also contributed in each phase of SDLC, discussing and designing MVC architecture for modules and developing the same following BDD methodology while collaborating with the android team, that helped make the codebase consistent and exponentially reduced time taken for debugging.

Some of Ashish's major responsibilities included refactoring the old code & UI replacing Objective-C with Swift 3 using BDD, improving the code quality and efficiency. Ashish also single-handedly refactored In-App Purchases from scratch following MVC, improving the code quality that helped remove issues facing users. In addition, Ashish architected, developed and published EatSleepRide App from scratch for MySpin( Bosch Softech.) which can be controlled with the hardware interface of the bike.

Ashish used and managed multiple Cocoa Pods libraries, major ones include: Alamofire, ObjectMapper, 
Crashlytics, Cocoa MQTT, Firebase and Material, also developed and deployed a private CocoaPod library which can be used as an extension for any third-party iOS application. Ashish used GitKraken for version control support.

Ashish Verma has an advance certification in mobile application design and development from Lambton College. Ashish also has an engineer's degree in electronics and computer science from Rayat And Bahara. Ashish has a high school diploma in non medical from Shishu Niketan Sr. Sec. School. Ashish also has a certification from CDAC Mohali in network security engineering.
