Shawn Marshall

Shawn Marshall is a Civil Designer at Watts Architecture & Engineering, where they have been working since January 2002. Prior to this, Shawn worked as a Survey Technician at Wm. Schutt & Associates from October 1994 to January 2002. Shawn graduated from Erie Community College with an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician.
