Prior experiences include working as a Mortgage and Protection Administrator at Fresh Finance Group Ltd and holding multiple roles at Santander UK, including Select Relationship Manager and Personal Banker, where building long-term relationships with high net worth clients was key. Michelle began their career as a Sales Executive at Linden Homes and Balfour Homes before transitioning to banking. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa and matriculation at Sans Souci Girls High School in Cape Town.
