Alex Byrne

Alex Byrne, CIA, has extensive experience in internal auditing and risk management. They have held various roles in several companies, including Watts Water Technologies, Brooks Automation, Performance Sports Group Ltd., Sonus Networks, and Charles River Laboratories. Their expertise includes designing and executing SOX controls, conducting operational audits, presenting findings to senior management and audit committees, and making recommendations for improvement. They have also assisted with the integration of acquisitions and ensured consistent control environments across business units.
