Ali Decker

Ali Decker is an experienced professional in human factors engineering and product management, with a diverse background in academia and industry. A Master of Business Administration candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management, Ali held roles such as Managing Director for the MIT Water, Food & Agriculture Innovation Prize and has participated in independent studies on supply chain sustainability. Previous positions include Associate Product Manager at Watts Water Technologies, Human Factors Engineer at Kaleidoscope Innovation and Product Design, and ESG Research Fellow at FoodChain ID. The initial academic experience includes a Teacher Assistant role in Human Factors Product Design at Tufts University, along with tutoring and research roles during studies. Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University and graduated from Phillips Academy.
