Brian Davis

Brian Davis is the SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Assistant Secretary at Watts Water Technologies, Inc., where they have worked since 2017. Prior to this, they served as Assistant General Counsel at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1997 to 2000 and as Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Chief Litigation Counsel at VeriSign, Inc. from 2001 to 2008. Brian also gained legal experience as an Associate at Steptoe & Johnson LLP from 1994 to 1997. They hold a B.A. in History from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
