Mark Cupito

Mark Cupito is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Watts Water Technologies, leading four distributed Agile Engineering teams focused on North American residential and commercial markets. With a background in software engineering and full-stack development, Mark has played a pivotal role in defining software delivery standards, deploying innovative technology solutions, and enhancing product features critical to the Smart & Connected product vision. Prior experience includes significant roles at Paycor, where Mark contributed to the development of IoT systems and various software products, as well as programming support at Western & Southern Financial Group and an internship focused on database development. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati and served in the United States Army National Guard as an Air Defense Tactical Operations Center Operator.
