Matt Marsh

Matt Marsh currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development at Watts Water Technologies since July 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Engineered Solutions at Creation Technologies from October 2021 to July 2024, overseeing P&L for three services within a $1 billion PE-owned electronics contract manufacturer. Matt has also served as Vice President of Strategy and Integration at Creation Technologies, where successful integration of three acquisitions was achieved. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Development at Gordian, Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Development at Watts Water Technologies, and Associate at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and operations projects. Matt's early career included service as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where qualifications as a nuclear engineer were obtained. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master’s in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and a degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
