Nicole Solomon serves as the General Manager of the Gas Business at Watts Water Technologies, leading the Dormont business with full P&L responsibilities and positioning Dormont as an industry leader in gas conveyance solutions. Prior roles include Director of Operations, where Nicole managed a 250-person operations team producing high-volume gas conveyance products, and Global Supply Chain Manager at GE Power Conversion, overseeing $200 million in supply chain activities. Additional experience includes operations and materials management at Siemens and various managerial roles at Philips Lighting. Nicole holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
