Paul Hatton

Paul Hatton has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. Paul has served as Vice President & Managing Director of the HVAC Business at Watts Water Technologies, where they successfully executed a strategic plan and restructured business units. Paul also held the role of Vice President Emerging Markets & MD for the UK and Middle East, where they implemented an emerging market strategy and achieved sales growth. Prior to that, Hatton worked as the Sales & Marketing Director for Europe at Exova Group plc, delivering sales growth and creating a new inside sales team. Paul also served as the Director of Aftermarket Business for EMEA at Dresser Wayne, leading a strategic plan and securing new service contracts. Earlier in their career, Hatton held positions at York International, ERICO, Schneider Electric, ICI, and BNFL.

Paul Hatton received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester University from 1979 to 1983. Paul is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), although the specific dates of their membership are unknown.
