Roberta Miller

Roberta Miller began their work experience in 1983 as an Applications Programmer at Jackson Laboratory. Roberta then worked as a Programmer at Computer Associates from 1989 to 1991. In 1995, they worked as a Technical Writer at Solutions, Inc for a brief period. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Call Center Representative at Potpourri Group, Inc. In 2007, they joined PlumChoice as a Representative, Geo Elite Team, where they resolved escalated customer service issues. In 2008, they started working as a Technical Support Engineer at Progress Software Corporation, providing support for various application development components. Currently, they are working as a QAD Lead (Financials) Business Analyst at Watts Water Technologies.

Roberta Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Business Administration from the University of Maine, where they studied from 1976 to 1982. Roberta then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Security from Boston University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in KCS v6 Practices from the Consortium for Service Innovation in 2017.
