Steve Spratt

Steve Spratt has over 15 years of experience in total rewards and HRIS roles. Steve is currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards and HRIS at Watts Water Technologies since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Total Rewards at At Home Group Inc. from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Director of Total Rewards at CyrusOne. Before that, they served as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Progressive Waste Solutions from 2014 to 2016. Steve also worked as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at ReachLocal from 2012 to 2014, and as the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits at Rent A Center from 2007 to 2012.

Steve Spratt earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Insurance from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business in 1998. Steve then pursued a Masters degree in Accounting from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, completing it in 2003.
