Timothy MacPhee

Timothy MacPhee CPA has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Treasurer and VP of Investor Relations at Watts Water Technologies since January 2004. In this role, Timothy manages the capital allocation program, develops dividend and share buyback strategies, and maintains investor relations. Previously, Timothy held multiple positions at Watts Water Technologies, including Chief Accounting Officer & Corporate Controller, where responsibilities included SEC reporting and integrating acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance at Enthone, Inc., and Vice President - Controller at Cookson Electronics, where Timothy directed finance for substantial operations and managed accounting policies across numerous subsidiaries. An early career at KPMG Peat Marwick provided foundational skills in accounting and auditing for diverse clients. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stonehill College.
