Wendy Wang's work experience starts in 1999 as an Associate at King & Wood Mallesons. Wendy then moved on to New York Life Insurance Company in 2002, where they served as General Counsel for China until 2005. Wendy joined New York Life Insurance Company again in 2006 as an International VP for Legal & Compliance. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of International VP for Compliance in the Asia Region. Later that year, Wendy joined Watts Water Technologies as the VP of Legal Affairs and Compliance for the Asia-Pacific Region. Wendy held this position until 2010 when they were promoted to VP of Legal, Compliance & HR for the Asia-Pacific Region. In 2016, Wendy became SVP for Legal, Compliance & HR in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

Wendy Wang attended the Harvard Business School in 2016, where they completed the General Management Program. Prior to that, they pursued their LL.M. in Law at Duke University School of Law from 2005 to 2006, graduating cum laude. Wendy Wang's undergraduate degree, LL.B. in International Economic Law, was obtained at East China University of Political Science and Law between 1996 and 2000.
