Maik holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Dr, completed in 2009, and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Computer Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Dresden, obtained in 2008.
