Ritah Keneema

Ritah Keneema has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service Manager at Watu Credit since November 2020, having previously held the position of Senior Customer Service Officer. Prior to this, Ritah worked at Pizza Hut Uganda - Yum Brands, where roles included Area Coach from July 2019 to March 2020, overseeing franchise store operations, and Restaurant General Manager from April 2016 to July 2019, responsible for team leadership, international audit preparations, and store management. Ritah’s career began at BRAC as a Credit Officer from August 2014 to September 2015, focusing on client identification, risk management, and loan disbursement.
